Heriot’s hosted its first Senior School Dance Show for parents in October in association with Edinburgh Dance Academy. S3 dancers performed jazz choreography to the hand jive from the musical Grease, as well as a slower contemporary piece. Our guest performer Ellie Ferguson, winner of the BBC competition The Greatest Dancer, performed two stunning contemporary dances and we enjoyed a wide variety of guest performances from the exceptional dancers at Edinburgh Dance Academy. We offer a huge range of extra curricular activities each session and encourage our young people to try out a variety of pursuits outside the classroom.
