Many congratulations to the Heriot’s pipers, drummers and highland dancers who took part in the Scottish Schools’ CCF Beating Retreat at Holyrood Palace on Tuesday 24 May and Edinburgh Castle on Wednesday 25 May.
The standard was extremely high, the massed pipes and drums sounded wonderful and the dancers performed beautifully. The young dancers practiced a lot over recent months and thoroughly enjoyed dancing in the beautiful, historical places.
