S4 pupils enjoyed good weather in Glencoe on the Winter Skills weekend. There was enough snow high up to learn new skills for walking in winter conditions.
Under the supervision of instructors from Hebridean Pursuits, pupils learned to use ice axes and walk in crampons. They all rose to the challenge of using their skills and over the course of the weekend reached the summit of two Munros.
Well done to all pupils and thank you to the staff members for organising the trip.
