For this Christmas, S5 classes contributed to a reverse advent calendar to accumulate donations for sending out to Ukraine.
The boxes with the donations will be sent to Tayside and Strathearn help for Ukraine (TASH) in January. TASH is the biggest distribution centre in Scotland for donations and they have sent 33 trucks with supplies since the 1st of March.
In this initiative, Heriot’s pupils will be distributing chearfullie by giving and helping the citizens of Ukraine, as temperatures are hitting -20 degrees and access to electricity and gas is not available.
