Pupils on the S3 Activities Week expedition to the Highlands climbed their first Munros in a challenging week of ridge walking and wild camping.
Pupils completed a full traverse of the Grey Corries before tackling the pair of Aonachs and Ben Nevis and pitched up for wild camps on an 800-metre-high saddle by the An Steall waterfall.
It is hoped that the trip will foster a lifelong love and respect of Scotland’s mountains and glens.
