Congratulations to the fifteen S4 pupils who successfully passed the ISEP Environmental Sustainability Skills for the Workforce course
In partnership with ecoACTIVE and Watts Sustainability Heriot’s is the first school in Scotland to deliver this course.
This achievement reflects a fantastic commitment to developing knowledge and skills for a more sustainable future. Topics covered included biodiversity, Climate Change, air pollution, circular economy, organisational footprints, environmental law and compliance.
Thanks to Former Pupil Sarah Peterson from Atelier Ten for delivering an insightful presentation about careers in environmental design and her involvement in inspiring building projects in Edinburgh and further afield. Sarah’s presentation highlighted some of the exciting opportunities for further study and future careers.
Well done to everyone involved for your hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication.
