The aim of the Careers Department is to support pupils turn their school success into real world success. We do this through sector leading communication, processes and advice, encounters, and teaching.
We offer bespoke support during subject choice, including 1:1 interviews and targeted careers teaching. We also offer broader support during longer S4 and S5 programmes, as well as during weekly helplines.
Pupils and parents can get in touch with a member of the Careers Department via Teams or email. Be it through UCAS, work experience, subject choice, or applying to college – the Careers Department is here to help.
Our systems and advice have helped pupils achieve great success as they transition from school. This is clear in the fact that in the 2024-25 UCAS cycle, 98% of pupils received two or more offers from universities, and 100% of the 167 applicants reached a positive destination.
