Learning and Teaching
Heriot's has an excellent reputation for its academic standards. Learning and teaching are firmly rooted in the Scottish tradition, and the School's curriculum is currently being developed in line with the introduction of Scotland's new curricular framework A Curriculum for Excellence, which spans the full age range from Early Years to Senior 6. The record of results achieved by Heriot's pupils in public examinations is amongst the very best in Scotland, and the great majority of Heriot's pupils enter higher education after leaving school.
