Fundraising Manager

Full-Time; Permanent position
Salary DOE – In the region of £40,000 pa

The Development Office works closely with the Heriot’s community, inspiring active participation between the school and our 10,000-strong community of former pupils, parents and friends worldwide. The Development Office engages with this community regularly, promotes the Heriots’ ethos, fundraises for the Foundation, bursaries and school projects and links former and current pupils to enhance learning opportunities. Our pupils and former pupils are precious stakeholders and how we connect with and care for them remains a key focus.

This new role offers a great opportunity to join an enthusiastic development team and lead by example, building meaningful relationships with a variety of former pupils and potential donors and supporting events and compelling communications using our new digital platform.

The Fundraising Manager spearheads the maximisation of Development and Fundraising opportunities, working closely with the Director of External Relations, Development team and staff across school.

Hours of Work:  37 hours a week; Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm as agreed.
