

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Assistant to join our Junior School team in this newly created role from January to December 2023.
The Enhanced Junior School Support Assistant will work alongside our excellent and dedicated team of Junior School Support Assistants to provide essential support to our teaching staff within our classroom settings and in general throughout the Junior School. The postholder will also have specific responsibility for working with Deputes and Teachers to provide tailored support to individual pupils with specific social, emotional and communication needs both within and outside the classroom setting.

Hours of Work: 16 hours and 25 mins per week; Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am to 3:30pm and Fridays from 9am to 12:45pm. This is a Term Time only position, working 39 weeks per year.
Salary: The salary for the position is £23,457 FTE with a pay award pending. Actual salary, when pro-rated for part time, term time only hours is £8,824 per annum.
