We are seeking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic assistant within the Admissions Team at George Heriot’s School.
Reporting to the Admissions Manager, the Admissions Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and activities of the Admissions Team, processing paperwork, speaking with prospective parents, chasing reports and uploading data.
The Admissions Team plays a vital and rewarding role in the School as it is the first point of contact for enquires about pupil entry to Heriot’s. It handles all documentation through the entry process, from first enquiry and receipt of applications, through assessment preparation and oversight, to the pupil’s final placement on the school roll.
Hours of work: 37 hours a week; Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am – 5pm as agreed.
