Class Gift 2017

On 8 and 9 June, 58 daring and fearless Sixth Year students will be abseiling down the Heriot's clock tower to raise money for the 2017 Class Gift to Foundation400.

They will be following in the footsteps of the Class of 2016 who raised over £7,000 thanks to a group of S6 pupils who undertook a sponsored cycle last summer. The Class Gift initiative is a chance for pupils to ‘give back' in their final year and we are proud and pleased so many pupils have undertaken to raise money through this sponsored challenge next week.

The pupils have set up a fundraising website which can be accessed here

Please give them your encouragement with a donation.

Foundation400 Year1 Still

In November 2015 Heriot's launched Foundation400 - our first major fundraising campaign - to secure the future of the Heriot's Foundation, Scotland's oldest children's charity.

Hundreds of FPs, parents - both of current pupils and pupils who have already left - and friends of the School, responded enthusiastically to the call to ensure the Foundation remains at the heart of Heriot's now and in the future.

With Foundation400 now well into its second year, we thank those who have made an ongoing commitment to support the campaign and also renew our efforts to encourage all Herioters to be part of this historic campaign which will ensure Heriot's can continue to be a school like no other in its charitable purpose.
