50th Anniversary Reunion - Fifth and Sixth Year from 1962

Friday 1 June 2012

We were delighted to welcome back 59 Former Pupils who attended Heriot's in either Fifth or Sixth Year in 1961-62 to celebrated their 50th Anniversary Reunion. Those attended came from around the UK along with 1 from France and 2 from Canada. Some members of the group had not been back to the school since they left, and a number of those who attended had been found through research for the Reunion. A tour of the parts School took place, taking in the new Heriot’s Centre for Sport and Exercise which opened in March. After a Drinks Reception hosted by the Development Office the group enjoyed dinner in the Refectory and more time to chat and reminisce together. A report and copy of the group photo will appear in the autumn edition of Quadrangle.
