Heriot Summer Ball 2010
A repeat of the hugely popular Heriot Club & Parents' Association Heriot Ball will be held on 7 May 2010 at Prestonfield House. We are delighted to have Suzi Mair, STV presenter & parent as Master of Ceremonies & entertainment will be provided by the fantastic 70s tribute band "The Soul Kings" & DJ Gus Robertson.
Tickets are now sold out so no further applications can be accepted.

Champagne Reception starts from 7.15pm
Dinner called at 7.45pm for 8pm
Menu
- Warm thick cut gravadlax, braised little gem salad, cloudy lemonade dressing
- Chicken supreme with Scottish asparagus, button mushrooms, spring onion and hazelnut mash
- Passion fruit cheesecake, mango ice cream

- Steamed asparagus with soft poached egg, hollandaise and sauce vierge
- Curried okra with Moroccan chickpea and couscous salad, salsa verde
