Parking in Lauriston Place

We have been asked by the police to advise parents/guardians who drop off and/or collect children by car that the prohibition on parking or waiting within the zig zag lines at the pedestrian crossings is to be enforced by spot fines with immediate effect.  As ever we urge those coming by car to avoid any infringement of the parking and waiting regulations in the streets around the School and to show consideration to our neighbours.  

Grassmarket Campus Development

Work on the project to build a new Sports Hall on the Grassmarket Campus started on site on Monday 18 January 2010.  We intend to provide periodic updates on progress. The first Project Bulletin and Site Map are available here.

Parents' Association AGM 

This year's AGM will take place in the Staff Room in the Old Building on 24 March from 7.00pm to 9.00pm and will be followed by Cheese and Wine.  At the meeting, an updated Constitution will be proposed.  See details.

Heriot Ball

A repeat of the hugely popular Heriot Club & Parents' Association Heriot Ball will be held on 7 May 2010 at Prestonfield House. Details

Sainsbury Active Kids Vouchers

We are again collecting vouchers in the Janitors Lodge and in the Greyfriars Building.

Goldenacre Thrift Shop

Parents are reminded that volunteers from the PA run the Uniform Thrift Shop on Saturdays.  Parents are requested to contact the Thrift Shop using the e-mail provided rather than by phone.  For full details click here .
