Physical Education
There are 8 members of the P.E. department. The department works in several different facilities: the Gym which is used predominately for ball sports; the Castle Hall which is used mainly for Gymnastics, dance and badminton and a swimming pool. As part of the extensive building programme following the acquisition of the Grassmarket Campus, plans for a new Sports Hall are well underway. As well as P.E at school the pupils from P5 - S6 have a Games afternoon once a week, which take place at our extensive pitches at Goldenacre.
