Golf Team
Golf at Heriot's is a sport that takes place in the second and third terms of the school year. The school golf 
season kicks off with the house championship which is held over the Braids golf course, this event is always well supported by the golfers of the school from S1 to S6.
The school has two individual golf match play competitions which are; The Kilspinde Trophy for S1-S3 and The Latimer Medal which is played for by S4-S6.
The school golf team play matches against Loretto, Watson's, Stewarts Melville and Merchiston. The school golf team comprises of six players and the games are usually off handicap, so the matches can last for as long as possible.
The school golf team also has an annual fixture against the former pupils of the school, this a friendly encounter usually played at Gullane but most recently at Mortonhall golf club.
